How do I purchase Staydry products using my NDIS funding?

Yes, continence products can be purchased using NDIS funding if they are included in your NDIS plan under the "Core Supports" or "Consumables" budget category. These products must be related to your disability needs.

Can I please receive a quote for the products I require?
Yes, please complete the checkout process and click “NDIS”. From there, we’ll process and send you an invoice.

I am Agency Managed, how do you process my order?
Once we receive the following details, we will create an invoice and submit it to the NDIA. Once paid, we will ship your order. Please provide the following details: • Participants Name: • NDIS Number: • Plan Start Date • Plan End Date • Do you have continence funding approved under Consumables? • Let us know what you would like to order

How quickly after payment will the order be sent?
As soon as your payment is received the goods will be dispatched that same day. You’ll receive an email when your order is on its way together with your tracking number.

How long will it take for my invoice to be paid once its sent to the plan manager?
Usually, it’s around 3-5 business days. Please note that if this is your first purchase, the funds may take a couple of days to clear.
