Returns Policy
We expect you'll love your purchase but if for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us at hello@staydry.com.au to start your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorisation will not be accepted. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
All our products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We have a 30 day change of mind policy. To facilitate a smooth process, please contact the Staydry team at hello@staydry.com.au. Once the return has been approved you will be given instructions on how to send your items back to us. Ensure the products are in their original packaging. Returns not in the original packaging or damaged packaging will be eligible for a credit note only. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Change of mind returns are eligible for either a refund or credit note excluding original shipping costs, or exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@staydry.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Faulty or damaged products are eligible for a full refund. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Once approved we will provide you with a return label to send your product back for your choice of either a refund, exchange or credit note.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Exchanges
Exchange items will be dispatched once your return has been received and processed by our team. Please note, as we are unable to hold your item and we encourage you to return it as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment. If the exchange item is no longer available at the time of processing, a refund or credit note will be issued depending on the item’s eligibility.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for three years from issue date and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online.
Damaged or Missing Packaging
Unless faulty all returned products must be in their original packaging. Returns not in the original packaging or damaged packaging will be eligible for a credit note only.
My underwear is the wrong size, can I return them?
As long as you have not tried them on and the packaging is intact, yes you can for either an exchange or refund. Unfortunately for hygiene concerns, we cannot accept underwear that has been worn.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
