Shipping Policy 

Flat Rate $10 Shipping charges apply to all orders within Australia 

All orders will be dispatched from our Victorian warehouse within 24-48 hours from the date your order was placed on weekdays only excluding public holidays.  

To get your orders to you as quickly as possible we use either Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.  

How Long will my order take? 

Approximate time frames for deliveries is approx. 2-7 days for metro areas and 4-10 days for regional areas of Australia. 

 Can I Track my order? 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

What if I am not at home? 

All parcels require a signature on delivery. Please email us at hello@staydry.com.au at the time of placing your order if you would like your parcel left in a safe place without a signature and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you are not at home and your parcel requires a signature, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office or arrange a re-delivery. 

I have a PO Box or Parcel Locker? 

No problem! We will ship your order via Australia Post. 

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We charge a flat rate of AUD$40. 

Express International: 5-8 business days   

Please be aware that any local duties or import fees incurred on orders will be at the buyers expense. We are not responsible for paying local duties and import taxes on shipped orders. We recommend you check with your local customs authorities to be certain about any additional fees you may incur. 

We are unable to ship to certain countries due to import restrictions and border closures. It's up to the end consumer to check with local regulations and import status.
